It's a homebrew database system, fully searchable, and rather nice for an old app.
It was meant to run in 95/98/ME and I /think/ it runs fine in 2000, but you'll probably need to switch the
compatibility mode for XP.

I also recall that there are some of the maps missing, like anything over a page, like the fold-outs or something,
I forget the specifics. They released a Maps Collection shortly afterwards.

Anyway, all things being equal, it's a nice collection for what it is and considering the time it was published.
