  Hey it is A+ 2009, read the included instructions. Do just like they say for the install and updates but then copy all folder from \iNK-TESTOUT folder to Install Directory\TESTOUT and over write all files. Then go to TESTOUT\OUTLINES and create a short cut to desktop for the file named Ap09Ess_cle. Then right click open with and select \TESTOUT\cmi\navigator. When it opens the videos probably will not play. To fix this click help from the menu and then tech. support. First thing on test out site says videos or demos not playing. click that then download the tool. Run it and your good to go after a program restart. If any Questions PM me. DS.

  Any one having script errors? if so did you copy over all the files from the iNK folder and over write the ones at the install directory? Also check codecs and updates. Let me know how it goes.

  Hi, i have some problems to play the videos. I update all codecs and i pass all files but i have the same error. I play videos for Implementing a 2003 Active Directory but for Comptia report an error.

  hey dragonsage, i wrote to you earlier about the script errors for the simulations, they dont work at all for me have all the necessary codecs and updates, my videos work fine, i even got the updated labsim to see if it works and use the legacy mode and it still does not work, i got net+ 09 and the sims work for that but not for this a+, oh yea and i did copy everything from the ink folder as you said...

  the script errors and the exam errors seem to stem from the same problem. This set was built from an older version of the lab sim engine. and even with the updates the core remains the old version. If I am correct we need the new version of any test out soft ware the using the same .exm files and should be able to do the copy over trick and manually load the file as we do now. This is only a working theory and I hope some one could test this for us.

  ok well this is bum... no sims will work I have been going over the program for a few weeks now and the A+ files that are copied over from the INK folder are a completely different set of files that this or other test out software I have is looking for the sims and exams won't work because they are trying to load the wrong file types hence the script errors. If some one has a more update version etc I might be able to get it to work.

  Still get green lines on video after doing the fix that you suggested dragonsage. Turned off video acceleration too. Any suggestions
