A dynamic interval program that only requires dumbbells - you get short cardio segments and lots of toning variety. It's well-cued and well-designed; Patrick's very fluid progressions mean you'll never waste time on awkward transitions. Formatted in four "choreographed" blocks, the routines are fresh and exceptionally varied: standing and floorwork, balance and core, single plane and across the body - nearly always working multiple muscle groups (and usually just a few reps of each to minimize the boredom ). The cardio keeps your heart rate up with simple drills and dumbbell-integrated, Firm-style "four limb movements." The ending abwork also uses weights to increase the intensity.
Requires 3 to 10 lb. dumbbells.
