They’re exceptionally well-cued, and exceptionally diverse. Some examples: Rob Glick is more lower-body focused while Kendell Hogan emphasizes upper-body moves. Kimberly Spreen’s “strength in motion” is constantly moving while Violet Zaki’s “strength zone” is more deliberate. Gay Gasper has a mix of standing and floorwork while Kendell is all standing. But even the same moves seem new when they’re demonstrated by a different personality using a different variation (e.g. faster or slower, with pulses or without, isolated or multi-muscle group).
