Five 30-minute workouts, each with a different "star" teacher - Rob Glick, Gay Gasper, Violet Zaki, Kimberly Spreen and Kendell Hogan. cuing is excellent, sort of a super-motivation - from basic kickboxing workout to Dancy combo. Rob "Party" program emphasizes dance combinations that range from mambos to step down. Gay's "Express" features back to the basics of aerobic favorites like grapevines, repeaters, shuffles and jacks.
Violet "Kick Butt" segment of non-stop cardio kickboxing (plus a few aerobic pace pushups and squats). Kimberly "Power Within" Vice lower aerobic moves with a higher power output. Kendell in "Peak Performance" features athlete-style exercises like step and shoot basketball.
