This material has never been in the public domain outside of personal training at the Ernest Emerson, who is known as one of the leading instructors of the armed forces and government agencies worldwide.

Movie 1: Foundation (Basic) - 2 hours 48 min.
Building a solid base - the fundamental core of the development to the fighter. This section contains guidelines and exercises to help develop an effective movement fighting footwork, techniques of getting up and development of universal military positions. Training and methods of taking out a knife and its disclosure, the methods of capture and change capture, etc.

Movie 2: Training (Training) - 2 hours 43 min.
This part of the series teaches how to develop your skills by expanding their maximum potential. Training and exercises, as demonstrated in the film, "overload" your natural, instinctive ability. Topics include review of body mechanics, speed training and development of marginal strength. Also includes detailed sections on the development of proper thinking, universal rules of combat and the anatomy of an attack with a knife, resulting in "golden rule of survival in battle."

Movie 4: Integrated Warrior Protocol (rules of military integration) - 1 hour 47 min.
