Marcus Hilton M.B.E. - Waltz
What do the judges want to see in the Waltz? It is not a fast waltz, not a lot of syncopations or unique choreography. Because the waltz is a beautiful dance, they want to see the dance that expresses its beauty. What should we do for that? Marcus answers to it with a humor.
David Sycamore - Rumba
"I do feel it is important to show some Fan Positions, Open Positions and some Closed Positions within any Rumba routines. The reason they are important is not only for the position themselves but what you can do in those positions". Taking up various types of walks, Rocks, Cucarachas and Hip Twists, David talks the concept required in the dance.
Len Armstrong - Slow Foxtrot
When you dance you must create your dancing, not manufacture it. Even if you dance aggressively with a full of competitive spirit believing it as a competition style, you can never reach the dance with high quality. Then what should we do to achieve that level? Len gives an impressive lesson inviting the audience on the floor.

Caterina Arzenton - Viennese Waltz
Viennese Waltz is not the same as Waltz and its characteristic is absolutely different. Caterina explains the secrets of how to use the standing and moving legs to dance on time with the fast music, and also the correct understanding of CBM in the "stage" lecture that audience can join and dance.
Marcus Hilton M.B.E - Tango
Marcus says he times his body in the swing dances. Then where does he time in Tango? Where do Marcus & Karen feel their weights on to show the character of Tango while dancing? Why in the textbooks does the Tango footwork go more in details than other dances? The lecture explains the details of it.
Denise Weavers - Paso Doble
"To dance powerful and strong Paso Doble, we have to first know the posture using pelvis and diaphragm. In some way, we could say that once we get it, 90% of the dance will become satisfactory." Denise explains the way to make posture, frame and connections, Denise dances with David showing some basic figures and their developed styles.

Tone Nyhagen - Cha Cha Cha
"I have to say there is very rare that I get moved and inspired by what I see on the floor today. Even very acrobatic movement, if it is done without purpose, it is empty for me" says Tony. Tone gives an impressive lecture on body and making it "sing".
Alan Tornsberg - Jive
"I will give you some ideas how to be able to develop Jive to the same level as the other Latin American dances" - Saying that, Alan gives a very unique lesson by presenting 4 types of rhythm groups of Jive and attracts audience's feelings. They are thrilled hen they have chance to see the demonstration with Gaynor.
Ralf Lepehne - Samba
"You always need to understand what is behind the music and the dancers should be the interpreter of the sound what we hear" - Ralf explains how to listen to the music, how to feel the music, how to use body parts differently in the same rhythm groups. A really practical and useful lesson that audience can join and enjoy on the floor.

Marcus Hilton - Ballroom
"Line figures are not static but we breathe, we move and the body is in motion." Taking up Same Foot Lunge and Left Whisk for examples, dancing from the entries of them through to the exits, Marcus explains how Marcus and Karen use their bodies from their heads to toes in details to create and achieve beautiful dancing.
August Schiavo - Ballroom
His lecture refers to what he wants to see in the dancing, whom the competitors dance for, and even the sincere respect for the people who danced before us. It captures the attention of the audience. You will be grateful to find his answers of the questions asked by the audience.
Donnie Burns - Latin American
"There is a reason why they win and why you don't in the competitions, or why you win and whey they don't." "Walks in Rumba are like four wheels in a Ferrari. Even it has a powerful engine, it cannot run without wheels." This is a great lecture that presents Donnie's idea of Latin American dances.
