Description:
The Physical Body - this is a unique film about the almost extinct art of traditional Indian struggle Kushtia. Showing the traditional methods of physical training fighters, used for more than a thousand years. For the first time shows a traditional wrestling in a pit, as well as exercises with maces (reptile), weighted clubs (Jory), stone weights (NEL), a stone wheel (har nel), the Indian bar (samtola). In addition, the exercises are shown in column malahamb, malahamb on the rope, the competition for the rotation of the baton Jory. Such popular exercises like push-Indian (a dandy) and Indian Squats (baytak) are shown in several variations. The connection with these exercises, "a greeting to the sun" (surya namaskar). Because of this more fully disclosed the purpose of these exercises.
