Maybe the danciest aerobic workout ever — creative, complex and challenging. Every eight-count segment is choreographed; Patrick calls it “aerobics redefined through dance.” He teaches each combo at four different tempos — they’re easier to learn, and you even get an aerobic-anaerobic interval effect. The enthusiasm is high, the cuing is excellent and the progression is always smooth. But, as Patrick himself suggests, you’ll definitely need your rewind button (at least the first time). Fortunately, you’re often helped by a “view from the back” inset that lets you follow Patrick’s exact movements. The driving, club-style, techno music is the ideal complement to the workout — upbeat and a little edgy.
