The method of integration by means of eye movements (EMI - Eye Movement Integration), developed by Steve Andreas and Connirae is faster and more efficient version of EMDR - Desensitization and Processing by Eye Movement (EMDR - Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). In this demonstration you will see the full 50-minute treatment process of the veteran, who suffered from PTSD and intrusive memories of the night raid of enemy forces for many years, and for which other methods have proved ineffective.
EMI - a very simple method which is particularly effective with troubled memories of the past and anxieties about the future. Since EMI is a way to combine (integrate) different modes of processing experience by the brain, this method can be used to resolve - or at least find out a wide range of other symptoms and problem.Etot process is described in detail in the book of Denis Beaulieu, Eye Movement Integration Therapy: the comprehensive guide (there is a current distribution).
