Two years later, after Commander Shepard Pozhinateley to repel the invasion, humanity has a new enemy, methodically destroying the colony of people on the outskirts of the studied space. To face the impending threat legendary Spektr have to work with the powerful and ruthless organization * * Cerberus, whose purpose - at any cost to save humanity from destruction.
To perform highly responsible and dangerous mission to collect Shepard detachment experienced and powerful fighters and take command of the most powerful spaceship in the galaxy. However, many believe that even with such resources, the operation was doomed to failure. Shepard has to prove to skeptics that they are wrong.

At stake is the fate of mankind:
- Create an invincible team, every soldier that has some unique abilities.

- Learn the basics of tactics, learn nineteen unique class of weapons and obrushte all the power and fury of the enemies, using an improved battle.
- A new advanced control system, designed for dynamic battle, will completely control the situation and seek victory in the most difficult circumstances.

- Command of the spaceship "Normandy", visit the most remote and dangerous corners of the universe. Explore the mysterious world populated by fantastical creatures.
- Meet with colorful characters, perform additional tasks in order to learn more about the universe, Mass Effect.
