- extended combo times
- added combo time indicator to combo text ">>><<<"
-added extra special effect on combo tally
- changed gun sound effects
- music no longer has volume control, but can be turned on/off
- jetskis take longer to explode
- fixed sound load bug during Carhtoothus boss battle
-fixed music not stopping before playing frenzy at stage 7 end
