The tour, which became the most ambitious and successful concert project in the history of rock 'n' roll, the group «Rolling Stones» started in autumn 1989 at the 28 th year of its existence. As part of the touring program dedicated to advertising and promotion of the album "Steel Wheel / Urban Jungle» ( «Steel Wheels» - in North America and «Urban Jungle» - in Europe) was given 117 concerts in 60 cities on three continents. The tour had extraordinary success with fans of rock 'n' roll, critics spoke of the group only in superlatives.
