"Charlie" was a British rock band that was formed in 1971 by singer/songwriter Terry Thomas. The group was most active as a recording unit from the mid-1970s through 1986. They had a few minor hits in the UK and the US, but they are completely unknown in continental Europe.

"Charlie" is the album that yielded their biggest hit 'It's inevitable'. The production is slicker and the keyboards have become even more prominent which brings them very close to the sound and style of Survivor. Despite quite commercial sound, the songs are so well written that it's still a killer album.
