TEMS CellPlanner - graphical application for the development , implementation and optimization of cellular networks . It can help you with complex calculations, such as determining the parameters of the network planning, network traffic, the configuration of points, frequency planning and network optimization.

Treatment procedure:
Read file TCP_InstallationGuide.pdf. Penetrate, install it. I've found a license "lservc" - in a folder with this Readme. After installation run LoadLicense.exe from the Bin folder in the program directory, specify the path to the license. After downloading the program may be used.
