  I assume that the poster is not a native English speaker as the above text is confusing, using terms that are unfamiliar to me.
  
  What does "set the maximum axle" mean ?
  
  How does one install this to an external HDD or 8 GB USB Flash Drive. ?
  I assume that I do a "restore" using Disk Utility (or perhaps Carbon Copy Cloner)
  
  Any advice will be much appreciated.
