  Reads like it was Google translated from the uploaders original language. Think of it this way, you're getting the software for nothing because somebody took the trouble to upload it, helpfully adding five handy multilinks. What's not great about that. I've downloaded some stuff recently that had perfect instruction but the install.exe files missing. Give me poorly translated install notes any time!
