To use Hiren's on a USB drive, use these instructions: http://www.hirensbootcd.net/usb-booting.html
To use the Ultimate Boot CD, change the iso name to ubcd501.iso and use the included USB installer (The reason you have to do this is that pendrivelinux.com hasn't released a version of their easy USB install program that support the ubcd502.iso yet).
